Megan Kinninger
Megan Kinninger is the Program Manager for Freedom to Marry. She relocated to New York to join Freedom to Marry following her work as a researcher for the victorious campaign to elect U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar from Minnesota. Prior to working the 2006 election cycle, Megan was a research analyst at Evans McDonough Company, a public opinion research and consulting firm in Oakland, California. While at Evans McDonough, she worked with political, corporate, and institutional clients to design, implement, and analyze public opinion research.
Megan graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree in Political Science. Along with political course work, she also emphasized in sociology/sexuality studies. In her final semester, Megan began her career in research at the Institute of Governmental Studies at UC Berkeley under Professor Bruce Cain.
