Scott DavenportScott’s background is both as a corporate executive and as an activist for LGBT rights.  Scott served as a Vice President for Oliver Wyman Consulting assisting Fortune 500 companies enhance their strategic direction.  He also has worked for Capital One as Managing Vice President, Human Resources.  At Capital One, he led the creation of its Enterprise Risk Management program.  As an activist, Scott has served as Co-Chair of the Board of the Family Equality Council, and is the co-founder of Family Week in Provincetown, MA.  He currently is the Board President for Equality Maryland.  Together with his husband, Scott has two teenage children.
