Today, the United States Supreme Court denied review in an out-of-step ruling upholding marriage discrimination in Louisiana. The ruling has not yet received judgment from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, which heard oral argument in the case on Friday

Today, December 8, 2014, a Circuit judge in Broward County, FL ruled in favor of the freedom to marry, adding to the growing momentum calling for marriage once and for all in Florida.

The latest in a landmark string of court victories for the freedom to marry came today, November 25, from Mississippi, where a federal judge has ruled the state's constitutional amendment denying the freedom to marry to same-sex couples unconstitutional.
