Today, the Minnesota House of Representatives voted in favor of the freedom to marry by a vote of 75-59! The bill will now be heard by the full Senate on Monday.

Today, the Delaware Senate approved legislation to extend the freedom to marry to loving same-sex couples across the state. With today's vote, Delaware is all but certain to be the eleventh state to end the exclusion of same-sex couples from marriage.

Today, Rhode Island became the tenth state in the country to approve the freedom to marry for same-sex couples. This afternoon, Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee will sign the marriage bill into law on the steps of the Rhode Island State House.
