A new poll released today finds that 60 percent of New Jersey residents support the freedom to marry for same-sex couples. That's on par with many recent polls in the state, which demonstrate consistently that it's time for marriage in New Jersey.

This week, the DHS issued a statement that formalizes the new post-DOMA policy that gay and lesbian Americans can sponsor their married foreign national spouses for immigration purposes.
