This week, "The Story of Monica and Naomi," the launch video in "Freedom to Serve, Freedom to Marry" our joint campaign with Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, won Best in Show and a Gold Award at the W3 Awards, which recognizes the creative forces behind award-winning websites, videos, and campaigns.
TV ads highlighting Question 6’s protections for religious freedom air in Maryland

Both ads feature African-American pastors emphasizing that Question 6 would allow for civil marriages between same-sex couples and that religious freedom would still be protected; that is, churches and religious institutions could still refuse to perform marriages for same-sex couples.

Musician dedicates wedding song to NY couple Chris and Carl for Freedom to Marry

As a wedding gift to her friends Chris and Carl, Lindsay Katt wrote and recorded "My Home," a song about the love they've shared for ten years. She produced a slideshow with the song and screened it during the wedding, and now the song is available on iTunes and other music distribution sites.
