Yesterday, Washington United for Marriage, the coalition working to uphold the freedom to marry in Washington, released two new television advertisements that will begin airing across the state. Both of the ads discuss the role of religion in Washington residents' support for the freedom to marry.

In a new special, "Rhetoric and Reality," In the Life Media tracks changing tides in the Republican Party's views on marriage for same-sex couples. The video spotlights some of the vehement anti-gay rhetoric we've seen in the modern party and demonstrates how some Republicans are working against those perspectives.

As a wedding gift to her friends Chris and Carl, Lindsay Katt wrote and recorded "My Home," a song about the love they've shared for ten years. She produced a slideshow with the song and screened it during the wedding, and now the song is available on iTunes and other music distribution sites. All of the funds raised from "My Home" will be donated to Freedom to Marry. Read our Q&A with Lindsay!
