Still treated as second-class citizens in civil marriage law

The good news is that gay Americans can now openly fight and die for their country in the military.
The bad news is we are still treated as second-class citizens when it comes to the civil marriage law.
Federally-funded website ignores same-sex couples

The federal government is giving grants to an organization (Twoofus.org) which outrightly practices discrimination and blames it on a government policy.
If eHarmony.com is required by law to include same-sex couples, shouldn’t a federally-funded marriage/relationship website?
