Today, as the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals hears marriage cases in six landmark cases from four different states in Cincinnati, Ohio - the three-judge panel will be considering six different District Court rulings that have enthusiastically affirmed the freedom to marry or respect for marriages performed in other states.
