It's been a big summer for Megan and Marlee Malone-Franklin. After hosting a gorgeous commitment ceremony and blessing in May - then watching as the Supreme Court restored the freedom to marry in CA and struck down the central part of DOMA - they finally obtained a marriage license this month.

This week, Sean Sasser, an HIV/AIDS activist who appeared on The Real World: San Francisco in 1994, passed away. In 1994, MTV televised Sean's commitment ceremony to Pedro Zamora, the HIV-positive star of the third season of The Real World who died that year.
