Defense of Marriage Act Splits ‘08ers

As marriage equality was getting underway in California, the presidential candidates again found themselves on opposite sides of repealing the federal Defense of Marriage Act (D.O.M.A.) with Obama pledging repeal and McCain wanting to uphold the discriminatory law. (Link)
