Alexander Gould is an American actor. He began acting as an infant and is perhaps best known for providing the voice of the title character of Disney/Pixar's Finding Nemo. His on-camera credits include guest spots on the television series: Ally McBeal, Malcolm in the Middle, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Supernatural, and Pushing Daisies. More recently, he has starred as Shane Botwin on the Showtime dramedy series Weeds.

Mr. Gould was photographed wearing a White Knot at the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, CA on September 20, 2009. The White Knot for Equality organization is dedicated to the idea of marriage equality. One of their quotes is “Everyone should have the right to tie the knot,” and they illustrate this point by producing and distributing White Knots nationally and worldwide. They encourage marriage equality supporters to “wear the White Knot every day to show support and to create conversation.
