Voice for Equality: Jeff Probst

Jeff Probst is an Emmy winning American game show host, executive producer and a reporter. He is best known for his role as the host of the U.S. version of the reality show Survivor. On September 21, 2008 Probst won the first Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program. On September 20, 2009 he again won the same award. Learn more here.

On March 15, 2010 Mr. Probst was announced as a planned participant in an anti-Prop 8 Scavenger Hunt to support The Williams Institute and Marriage Equality:

You are cordially invited to a once-in-a-lifetime experience.  On April 18, join Neil Patrick Harris, Kristin Chenoweth, Jeff Probst, Steven Weber, Kathy Najimy, Camryn Manheim, and many other celebrities in an anti-Prop 8 scavenger hunt across Los Angeles, with all proceeds going to the Williams Institute at the UCLA School of Law.

Come have some fun, mingle with the stars, and support marriage equality and the Williams Institute!

Admission is $75 per person and all proceeds will benefit the Williams Institute-a non-partisan think tank at the UCLA School of Law dedicated to providing research and education on sexual-orientation issues and the law, and helping to frame the debate on Marriage Equality with facts rather than myths and prejudices.

Celebrities included in the race are Neil Patrick Harris, Kristin Chenoweth, Jeff Probst, Steven Weber, Anthony LaPaglia, Camryn Manheim, Kathy Najimy, Sara Gilbert, Kelli Williams, Rachel Harris, Michael Hitchcock, Tim Bagley, Lisa Loeb, Kyle Gass, Martin Starr, Mike White, Jennifer Elise Cox, Jillian Armanante, Joanna Garcia, and some additional surprise guests.
