Sarah Moeller worked at Freedom to Marry from 2010 - 2015. As Development Manager she was primarily responsible for fundraising events and individual donor pipeline management.
Previously Sarah served as a Project Coordinator and Community Outreach Director with NYPIRG (the New York Public Interest Research Group) on college campuses training students to implement local and state-wide campaigns and running field campaigns from Westchester through Suffolk County, New York. She studied history and women's studies at Towson University.
Sarah has also served on the Board of Directors for SAFER, which strengthens student-led movements to combat sexual and interpersonal violence in campus communities. In 2015 she joined GLSEN ( the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network), the leading national education organization focused on ensuring safe and affirming schools for all K-12 students, as Volunteers and Special Events Manager
