Juliann DiNicola served on Freedom to Marry's Digital Action team as a Digital Organizer.
During her time on staff, she worked on numerous campaign launches and saw 11 states win the freedom to marry. Juliann's primary focus was on storytelling, profiles nearly 100 same-sex couples and the people who love them. In addition, she maintained state campaign blogs and assisted in managing our online campaign efforts.
Juliann earned a Bachelors of Science in Social Science Education and a Bacherlors of Art in History from the University of Central Florida. After completing her education, she served two years in AmeriCorps, one with Girls Inc. and the second with GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network) before going on to work at GLSEN full-time. She currently works for Northside Media Group as their Social and Community Manager. She also writes and produces video content. Juliann lives in Brooklyn.
